Isenberg leaving LaMontagne
Emily Isenberg, the dynamic director of LaMontagne Gallery since it opened in May 2007, is leaving the South Boston gallery, she and gallery owner Russell LaMontagne say.
LaMontange reports, “Emily stopped working [here] full time in the middle of December. She is still working on consulting basis, finishing up some projects.”
Isenberg, formerly assistant director of exhibitions at Elizabeth Leach Gallery in Portland, Oregon, and a gallery assistant at Boston’s late great Allston Skirt Gallery, has a compelling curatorial vision. I look forward to whatever she does next.
