Halloween "Iron Pour" at Steel Yard

The Iron Guild presents its seventh annual Halloween "Iron Pour" at the Steel Yard in Providence on Oct. 30. This year's fiery performance features pumpkin casting and a giant flaming Jack-O-Lantern. As you can see above, the molten metal spectacular is always one of the best art events of the year. And it's conveniently scheduled on Friday so that you can also attend the Boston Center for the Arts' "Halloween Tricks & Treats" with your costumed dog from noon to 4 p.m. on Oct. 31.
